Our Support

We provide you with extensive training in one of our existing locations in the market. During the 4-6week training period, you will spend time on location, as well as have one on one time with our trainers, learning how to prep, serve, operate the ‘Point of Sale’ system, how to manage inventory, how to shift employees efficiently as well as many other skills. At the conclusion of the training you will be an integral part of the Konz team and have the ability to manage a Konz location to its fullest capacity.

Kiosk/Store Front FAQ’s

What type of training will I receive?

A. Before you open your first Konz restaurant franchise, a Primary Operator of the restaurant will complete approximately six to eight weeks of quick serve restaurant training. A Principal Owner will also participate in a one-week immersion program. Primary Operators of the restaurant may include the franchisee, an Above Store Leader, Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager. The franchisee is responsible for all costs incurred including travel and lodging of the management team.

What are the initial franchise fee and royalty fees?

A. Initial Franchise Fee = $25,000

B. 5% royalties

The above amounts do not include the initial investment required to construct the restaurant, training expenses, grand opening expenses or opening inventory.

How much does it cost to purchase a Konz…Pizza in a Cone Restaurant?

A. The cost varies depending on the restaurant size and location, along with other factors. You must have or have great credit for financing between $85,000 and $200,000 to qualify. Financial requirements may be lower or higher depending on the transaction type

Who will build my location?

A. While you will work with a local contractor that you hire, our Store Design team will provide detailed blueprints that not only meets our specifications, but provides you with a beautiful and functional restaurant.

Can you help find places or events?

A. Our marketing department will train you how to seek out the events and festivals in your area as well as how to book corporate catering opportunities for breakfast lunch and dinner. As a Licensee, we can advise you of other events and festivals that our trucks are requested to attend, outside of a local area.

What is the cost of a completed Food Truck?

A. A Konz…Pizza in a Cone Food Truck can range from $85,000 to $120,000.

Can I finance my Food Truck?

A. Optional Financing Resources are available.

What training will I receive as part of the licensing process?

A. You will be fully trained online or in other Food Truck/Trailer and your Truck/Trailer once it is built.

What sort of ongoing support and guidance will I have as a Licensee?

A. Our Konz Team provides you with continuous marketing support, progressive design in our products & buying power. We have long standing relationships with major distribution companies allowing you to make a smooth transition through your start up.
